Yesterday year 10 were creating portraits inspired by a range of artists such as Van Gogh, Jenny Saville, Lucien Freud and Maggi Hambling. Students have used a range of art media, skills and techniques to capture the artists style to convey the emotions, personality, feelings and memories of these identity faces and facial features

As well they have been working on celebrity headwear. Students have used milliners research, colour palettes and celebrity image board/profile to generate ideas for a headwear for their chosen celebrity to wear to a red carpet event. Students have generated and presented visual ideas and 3D prototypes with ongoing reviews.
