This weekend, seventeen students (and a toy sloth) participated in their Bronze Qualifying Expedition this weekend. They all completed two days of walking planned routes with all their equipment, totally self-sufficient, and camped overnight. The three teams all passed their Expedition and now are completing the remaining sections of the Award. They worked hard and were all out for longer than the expected 6 hours each day.  

The two Assessors were very impressed with how well our teams worked and how much of a credit they were to the Academy.

Thank you to Mr Fishman, Mr Morrish, Mrs Seale, Mrs Robinson and Mr Feldwick for coming out and helping, waiting to meet groups at checkpoints and providing moral support to the students out on their routes and in camp.
