Year 11 went off timetable for a day of looking to the future on the last day of Term 1. They were all smartly dressed in business attire. As part of this focus day Year 11 students had a range of workshops that looked at CV writing, Personal Statements, managing stress and resilience, looking at how to apply for Post 16 providers and they even had to apply for a mock vacancy, which they then had to have a mock interview for. The aim of this day was to give Year 11s the opportunity to explore their options and give them real experiences that they can carry forward with them.
