Two of our students have just had their artwork selected to be part of the Maidstone Young Artist Award exhibition to be held at Maidstone Museum from Saturday 30 April until Saturday 9 July 2022.

Violet Brooks (year 9) and Aimee Williams (year 8) both received an email to say that the Museum was delighted with their artwork and look forward to being able to display the pieces.

The two pieces of artwork are shown below with Aimee's showing 'Beach Huts at Whitstable' whilst Violet had illustrated 'Leeds Castle.'

The judging of the artworks will be done by the Museum's four judges led by Lord Sackville of Knole House, Sevenoaks. This will take place just before the preview of the exhibition on Friday 29 April where the prizes will be awarded and their family and friends a chance to enjoy the exhibition.

Huge congratulations to our 2 students and we're all looking forward to the results of the judging in April.
