Year 8 weightlifter Johnny Houlker-Mountier  has been invited to attend a British weightlifting regional development camp being held at Brunel university in Middlesex.
Johnny was selected after winning a silver medal at the British age group championships which were held in Leeds, Yorkshire in November.
He caught the selectors eye with his excellent lifting technique and calmness under the pressure of approximately 200 people watching.
Johnny‘s  next competition will be at Crystal Palace National Sports centre in January.
